It offers general information about garage door repair in Carrollton, Texas and an independent referral path to local providers. The terms are brief and written plainly, and they cover the website's limits as well as yours.
Using this website
General homeowner information and an independent referral path are what Garage Door Repair in Carrollton provides. Work is performed by the provider, which also confirms its own credentials, coverage, availability, pricing and service agreement. The information is used at your own discretion and should be applied to your property with the provider's advice.
Requests and quotes
No appointment is confirmed, no chargeable work authorized and no service contract created by a request. Read the provider's written scope, preparation instructions, payment, follow-up and cancellation terms before you accept work, and treat any price or time quoted before an inspection as an estimate unless the provider confirms otherwise in writing.
Information and property conditions
Advice from an appropriately qualified professional, a property assessment and product instructions all matter more than general content, which cannot replace them. Properties vary, so a method that suits one home may not suit another, and emergency response is the right course for immediate hazards.
No professional or medical advice
Health, safety or building topics may be mentioned on pages, which do not diagnose a medical condition, a bite or a building defect and do not amount to legal, insurance or medical advice. Qualified help should be sought for those questions.
Coverage and availability
Listed ZIP codes and cities are a starting point. A provider confirms the actual address, requested work and availability. Coverage can change without notice.
Independent providers
Providers are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own staff, licences, insurance, pricing, scheduling, products and workmanship. Garage Door Repair in Carrollton is not a party to the agreement between you and a provider and does not guarantee a provider's work.

Changes to these terms
Whenever the operator or the referral arrangements change, these terms are reviewed; this page shows the date of the latest review.
Your responsibilities

Intellectual property
The text, layout and images of this website belong to its operator or are used with permission. You may read, print and link to a page for your own use. You may not copy substantial parts of the site, remove notices or present the content as your own.
Disclaimers
This website is offered as is. Information of a general kind may be incomplete or out of date for your property. It promises no result, price, appointment or provider availability, and third-party providers act on their own.
If part of these terms does not apply
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the privacy notice and referral disclosure, describe how the website is used.
Calls and messages you may receive
Using Call Now or the form can lead to a phone call, and in some cases a text, from an independent provider about your request, as the consent text beside the form explains. Buying does not depend on consent, and you may ask a provider to stop contacting you whenever you like.
Statements made by providers
Statements a provider makes on the phone or in writing belong to that provider. No conversation is reviewed by Garage Door Repair in Carrollton, and claims about price, speed, guarantees or results are not adopted by it, so ask for important points in writing.
Reporting problems or misuse
If you see a page that appears incorrect, harmful or misused, or you believe someone submitted a request in your name, use the contact page and describe what you saw. Reports are reviewed, and the website may remove content or block abusive use.
Contact about these terms
Name the section on the contact page if a term is unclear. The answer explains how the website works, and it cannot change an agreement you have made with a provider, since that agreement is between you and the provider.
Review of these terms
A change to the operator, the form, the call-handling arrangements or the coverage lists prompts a review of the terms. If you keep using the website after a review, you accept the current terms.
